Quentor custom Machined Foam Inserts are designed to add a professional appearance and a protective solution for your equipment to the interiors of flight cases.
 
With a custom foam insert you can easily identify a missing component when loading your flight case. This is particularly useful when operating a ‘count-in count-out’ system for example. Another option could be to use contrasting colour foam layers to give a ‘shadow board’ effect.

As well as practical, the foam inserts can be stacked for space efficiency, look attractive and play an important role in fully protecting your equipment. 
 
Our talented technicians use the latest CAD technology to design an exact cutout profile of your individual pieces of equipment. The design is then accurately recreated in foam on one of our five CNC Flatbed Routers.
